My family and I stayed at Markus' apart­ment just recently during a short stop in Vienna. It is a wonderful place. The pictures really do not do it justice. It is much bigger and nicer than it looks in the photos. Everything is pristine, clean and well thought out in the apartment. We wanted to stay for longer, but had to leave. Markus is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He even offered to help us with a cab as we left for the airport. Quite a pleasant experience. We will stay here again during our next trip to Vienna.

We stayed 5 nights at Marku's beautiful Apartment and we were very happy being at his place. Everything was so Space for us. We were 8 in total with 4 small kids. Everything was well organized and we had everything we needed. Printer was also very useful to book last minutes tickets for sightseeing. Thanks to Markus and his wife, we could have really comfortable and great days in Wien. Vielen lieben Dank!!!! We would definitely recommend you!!

I am so sorry we did not get to meet Markus because he was a fantastic host. He was always available on email and was proactive in his communications. Also very organized, and his recommendations were accurate, well-chosen and wunderbar! We are living in Rome where there are many excellent restaurants, but the Vienna restaurants and cafes he recommended, both in the neighborhood and elsewhere, were absolutely the top. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. There was plenty of room for my wife and I and our three single adult children. The beds were so comfortable it was often difficult to leave the apartment in the morning to go and see Vienna!

This is a great flat and location to stay while in Vienna. The apartment is spaciouis and is in a neighborhood close to the city center, about 8 minutes on the tram. The tram is a close walk. The apartment is also clean and organized. Markus is a great communicator too. He helped us with suggestions of the sights we wanted to see and places to dine near the Musikverein where we went to see the Vienna Symphony. There is a great tasting restaurant close by, Am Nordpol that has delicious Bohemian cuisine. Everything you need to know is in an organized welcome binder. We had a great time in Vienna. Die Wohnung haben wir aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles war perfekt gepflegt, organisiert und sauber. Sogar eine Nespresso Maschine für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen hatten wir. Markus hat uns mit sehr guten Restaurant Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Bezirk - zur Innenstadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad oder mit der Bahn (oder Drive Now) weniger als 10 Minuten. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es ein paar gute Lokale, wo wir sehr lecker gegessen haben. Wir haben tolle 3 Tage in der Sissi Stadt gehabt. Lieben Dank für alles, Markus.

We love Austria, we love Vienna and now we love Boutique Garden Apartment. Markus is a great host (even from the distance). The apartment is fabulous. A modern place and full of good taste, big rooms, very comfortable beds, full equipment kitchen. Very very clean. The location is very good, in a quiet area, closed to the tram station for the city center. Certainly we'll stay again in this apartment for the next visit in Vienna. Danke schon, Markus!

The location is perfect central to the main tram line museums and all of the best sites. Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs including the famous New York cafe.

L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux, chaleureux, très bien équipé et situé à proximité des transports en commun. Le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions et s'assurer que le séjour se passe bien. Bref, nous y avons passé une super semaine et nous le recommandons chaudement !

Sehr schön renovierte und sehr saubere Altbau-Wohnung mit lauschigem Innenhof. Ruhig gelegen und nah an der nächsten Straßenbahn-Haltestelle. Nur ein paar Haltestellen bis zur Innenstadt. Gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter, völlig unproblematische Wahl der Ankunftszeit durch elektronische Türöffnung. Toll!

Super Lage! Sehr sauber! Alles Nagel neu! I absolutely recommend!
